Pharmacist Services

The pharmacist consults with patients individually to ensure the safe and effective use of medications, whether they are prescribed, over-the-counter or herbal. The pharmacist meets with patients and works with the other members of the family health team to discuss medication issues and help prevent side effects of medications and promote overall health.

Patients in the Diabetes Program, Well Women Program and the monthly Memory Clinic benefit from the pharmacist’s knowledge and experience. The pharmacist also manages the STOP study program which helps people quit smoking.

If you or a friend or family member are interested in STOP or have concerns about your medications, call the office at 905-354-9393, ext. 1 to book an appointment with the pharmacist.
