Portage Medical Family Health Team office hours are Monday from noon to 8 p.m. and Tuesday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The family health team does not offer after hours access, however, the family doctors associated with the team have after hours clinics that can be accessed by calling your family doctor and following the instructions provided.
